Mr. Brian St.Sauveur--Associate, China Energy, IHS
Mr. St. Sauveur is a specialist on global oil markets, with a focus on Asia and China in particular. Based in Beijing, he is primarily responsible for supply and demand analysis and forecast, policy and regulatory environment analysis, and analysis of the economic and political drivers of oil sector development. Prior to joining IHS Mr. St. Sauveur was a senior analyst at PFC Energy, where he led the company's China oil market research and the Asia portfolio for the global oil markets team. He has further research experience focusing on China's long-term energy strategy and China-US and China-Asia relations during the three years he has spent in China.
