Mr. Zhang Liqun--Researcher, Development Research Centre of State Council

Mr. Zhang Liqun is now a researcher of the Development Research Centre of State Council, and has been awarded the Special Contribution Allowance from the State Council . He has spent years working on macro-economic strategies and economic development plans research. Before him starting his career in the Centre, he used to work at National Development and Reform Commission for 15 years, and has taken part in the research or draft of the 8th to the 12th Five Year Plans. He also has participated the draft of documents for the Central Economic Working Meeting and the draft of government work report.

Mr. Zhang has contributed a lot to China's economic reform and industrial systematic adjustment by offering the society important publication. And his researching works have played an influencing role in the making of public policies.
