Zhang Liucheng--Director & VP of Shandong Dongming Petrochemical Group Chairman of China Petroleum Procurement Federation of Independent Refinery

Mr. Zhang Liucheng is a certified senior accountant, appraiser, international financial manager and a master of management science. Mr. Zhang is now the director and vice president of Dongming Petrochemical Group, the CEO of Sinostar PEC which was listed in Singapore Stock Exchange as well as the General Manager of Hong Kong Hengfeng Group. On top of his business titles, he also holds a number of positions in local political community, which include Standing Committee Member of CPPCC Dongming Committee, expert member of CPCIA Oil and Gas Committee, Chairman of China Petroleum Purchase Federation of Independent Refinery. Since he has been leading Dongming’s international cooperation, capital management, and financing for many years, he is very experienced in capital deployment and financial management.
